Dionisio Daza y Chacón, born in Valladolid (Spain), surgeon and doctor, acquired international fame during the plague of Ausgsburgo of 1546. Surgeon of Maximilian, grandfathers of the emperor Carlos I, Queen Doña Juana of Castile, daughter of the Católicos Kings and mother of Carlos I, medical of camera of prince Don Carlos and of Don Juan of Austria.
